UK Delivery

Royal Mail 2nd Class/Royal Mail Special Delivery/DPD

Your item(s) may be sent in separate parcels, and delivery should take 4-6 working days to arrive.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

UK Courier

Your item(s) may be sent in separate parcels, and delivery should take 2-3 working days to arrive.

Please note that:

• This method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you.
• Goods despatched on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday.
• Goods despatched after 2pm may not be collected from our fulfilment centre until the following day.
• Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

 

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

 

Orders up to 2kg:

International Standard – This service is untracked and should be delivered within the time parameters outlined below:

 

-         Western Europe: three working days

-         Eastern Europe: five working days

-         Major cities worldwide: five working days; other destinations: seven.

 

International Tracked & Signed – This service is trackable and should deliver within 5-7 working days for Europe and worldwide within 8-10 working days. A signature will be required on delivery.

 

OVERSEAS COURIER DELIVERY

Please note that:

• If one or more items are not available when you place your order there may be a delay in despatch, so that we can send your items in as few parcels as possible.
• Orders will be despatched using our international courier and you will be charged a shipping cost.
• This method is fully secure, and we can track and trace the shipment for you.
• Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.
• Courier delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.

We would request that you register a contact telephone number when using our international shipping option. This will mean that the courier company can contact you should they have problems finding your address.

 

EUROPE DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time: 

Western Europe: 3 - 5 working days following dispatch

Eastern Europe: 6 – 10 working days following dispatch

 

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time: 10 working days following dispatch (please note that large orders may take longer)
